When Steven Green of Balfour Beatty was asked to give a true representation of Lightburn Construction’s effects this was Steve’s response.
Lightburn Construction
Lightburn Construction were appointed by Balfour Beatty to carry out the brick and blockwork erection on the Caernarfon Criminal Justice Centre.
The works consisted of various grades of blockwork incorporating different levels of security for the custody enclosure, general blockwork and high quality facing brickwork to the facades.
They were a proactive company to deal with, were professional in their approach and did what they said they would do.
The operation was properly planned and executed resulting in a smooth progression on site. The works were co-ordinated with other contractors and the project teams maintained a good relationship throughout the contract.
Prior to handing areas of work to us for acceptance Lightburn carried out their own process of checking and handovers became a formality with the quality of the works always achieving the right standard.
We will be happy to work together again in the future.
