Health and Safety
It was pleasing to see how health and safety was being managed in
particular by your site manager. By the way he set out the site and took
the trouble to post notices around the site advising of any hazards which
was a constant reminder to your operatives to be aware of the hazards
present. The site was always clean and tidy and your bricklayers/labourers
had a good attitude towards health and safety.
Quality
Quality was very good, it was seldom that we had to identify defective work
to your manager Dave, he was always on the ball. As you are aware we had a
full time c.o.wks on site , he was also very impressed with the quality
which was proved to be the case by the small amount of defects on his final
list. Dave was instrumental in this, he again strategically erected posters
reminding your bricklayers where tie and what type where required.
Programme
Programme was very good, you achieved the agreed programme and defects
where dealt with in a speedy fashion.
Meetings
Dave attended all fortnightly meetings and you attended the vast majority,
actions where always dealt with in the speediest manner.
